Know who owes what, and what is running low, at your sari-sari store.

Tindly is an utang and stock tracker for sari-sari stores. Add your customers, log utang as it happens, and mark payments when they come in. It all lives on your phone instead of in a notebook.

  • ₱199.00 one-time payment
  • No monthly fees
  • Android, iPhone and computer

Sound familiar?

“Nakalimutan ko na kung nagbayad na si Aling Baby o hindi. Nahihiya na akong magtanong.”

a store owner, at closing time

“Sino pa may utang sa akin? Meron akong tatlong notebook, at hindi ko pa rin alam kung magkano lahat.”

every sari-sari store owner, at some point

“Sabi niya ₱150 lang daw. Sa notebook ko, ₱320. Sino ngayon ang tama?”

a store owner, mid-argument

Utang

Every utang written down, before they leave the counter.

It does what the notebook does, without the guessing: who took what, who paid what, and what is left.

  • Every customer with their number and what they owe. You stop flipping through the notebook looking for one name.

₱199once, and the app is yours to keep

50texts included, for reminders and balance links

₱0a month, for as long as Tindly runs

Reminders

Get paid back without the awkward talk.

A polite text, a page where they can see their own balance, and a list of who to talk to first.

  • Send a reminder from your own phone for free. It comes from your number, so they know it is you. Or let Tindly send it: your licence includes 50 texts for that.

Stock

Know what is running low, before the shelf is empty.

The second thing the notebook was for: what to buy on the next trip to the supplier.

  • A plain list of what you sell. When a shelf is getting empty, mark that item low, or out of stock once it’s gone. No counting and no barcodes.

And the small things that make it easy

Daily summary

At closing time, one screen shows what went out on utang today, what came in, and who still owes.

Phone and computer

Use it on your phone at the counter and on a computer at night. Scan a QR code to sign in, and both stay in step.

Your own PIN

A four-digit PIN opens Tindly on your phone, so your list stays yours even when someone else picks it up.

Light and dark

Easy to read in daylight, and easy on the eyes in a shop lit by one bulb.

Common questions

Read the full FAQ

Do I need internet to use Tindly?

Yes. Tindly saves straight to your account online, so it needs a connection every time you add or check something.

Do reminders cost money?

Not from your own phone. You tap send and your own load pays for it, same as any text. If you’d rather Tindly send it, your licence comes with 50 texts. A short message uses one, a long one uses two. When those run out, you just go back to sending from your phone.

Is my customers’ data safe?

Yes. Only you can sign in and see it. The privacy policy spells out what we keep and why.
